Zach

Zach knew he wanted to be a pilot ever since he was a little kid. After getting his Private Pilot Certificate with TCFT during his senior year of high school, Zach attended the University of St Thomas. There, he got his Bachelors degree in just two years, rushing out to attend flight school full-time. Zach attended Sling Pilot Academy in Los Angeles where he earned his Instrument, Commercial, CFI, and CFII ratings in 6 months. After coming back home to Minnesota, he began instructing at Twin Cities Flight. Zach loves instructing and seeing students connect the dots between ground material and flying techniques. He really enjoys getting to know new people and helping them achieve their aviation goals. When he’s not flying, you can find Zach enjoying time with friends and family, traveling, swimming, watching TV, and planning flights.
